Product Purchases

To place an order for one or more items, the customer must first select the product, including its type, model, and quantity.

As part of the ordering process, the customer must complete a personal information form (hereinafter: “Order Form”), including accurate and up-to-date details such as: email address, first and last name, phone number, city, street, house number, apartment, floor, entrance, delivery notes, and payment method as specified in Section 3.4 below. Fields marked as mandatory must be completed to finalize the order.

Providing false or unauthorized details may constitute a legal offense. Legal action—civil and/or criminal—may be taken against customers who submit incorrect information.

In addition to the information mentioned in Section 3.3 above, the Order Form must include the chosen payment method. Accepted payment methods are credit card and PayPal only.

For security and privacy reasons, full payment details are not stored by the company—only the last four digits of the payment method are retained for verification purposes.

After submitting the required information (Sections 3.3–3.4), the customer will confirm the order by clicking the “Purchase” button (hereinafter: “Order Confirmation”). The system will then verify the credit card details via the payment gateway. If the transaction is declined, the customer will be notified, the order will not be processed, and the provisions in Section 3.8 shall apply.

Once the credit card transaction is approved and the company confirms product availability, an email will be sent to the customer confirming the order (hereinafter: “Order Confirmation Email”).

Please note that an order will only be approved if:

  • The credit card details are verified and payment is confirmed by the credit card company. Without such confirmation, the order will not be approved, and the company holds no obligation to reserve the product.

  • The product is available in the company’s inventory at the time of the order. The company does not guarantee availability of all models/products listed on the website. If the item is out of stock—even if not indicated on the site—the company reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the customer will have no claim or demand for any direct or indirect damage. The company will, however, refund any amount paid, or cancel the transaction as applicable.

The company may update product prices on the website at any time without prior notice. The price charged will be the one listed at the time of completing the order.

Shipping fees may also be updated at the company’s sole discretion and without prior notice. Current shipping fees are as follows:

  • Self-pickup: Free

  • Home delivery: ₪35; delivery within 14 business days.

The company may offer promotions, discounts, or special deals and may modify or cancel them at any time without prior notice.


Shipping & Delivery

After order confirmation, the company will ship the order to the delivery address in Israel, as provided in the form.

Subject to Section ‎7.7, shipping will be handled by a courier company or a company representative.

If the shipment fails due to customer-related issues (e.g. incorrect details, absence at the delivery address, or refusal to accept the package), the customer will be charged the full delivery and handling fee.

Order Cancellations & Exchanges

Order cancellation by the customer before delivery:

Until the order is shipped or coordinated for delivery, the customer may cancel all or part of the order via written or verbal notice.

Upon cancellation, an email confirmation will be sent, and the customer will be refunded within 14 days, minus a cancellation fee of 5% or ₪100 (whichever is lower).

Order cancellation after delivery:

The customer may cancel the order within 2 business days from delivery, provided the product is unused and the price tag remains intact. After that period, only exchanges or store credit will be offered.

Products must be returned within 7 days of cancellation notice in original packaging, unused, and undamaged.

Return options:

  • In-person drop-off at Wolfson 21, Tel Aviv (by appointment)

  • Pickup by our courier: ₪35

Refunds will be issued within 14 days, minus cancellation fees, via the original payment method.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Upon receiving the order, the customer must inspect the items. In case of damage or mismatch, contact customer service within 7 days.

If the product is deemed defective, the company will offer an exchange or refund.

The company will arrange pickup, and the full payment (including shipping, if paid) will be refunded within 14 days.

Refund is conditional on returning the product unused, in its original packaging and condition.


Product Exchanges (non-defective)

Customers may request an exchange within 14 days of delivery, provided the products are unused and in their original condition.

Returns via courier: ₪35
Shipping of the replacement item: Free

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.


Order Cancellation by the Company

The company may cancel an order at its sole discretion in the following cases:

  • Technical issues preventing proper website operation

  • Inability to supply the product

  • Errors in product descriptions or prices

  • Failure to meet company obligations per these terms

In such cases, the customer will be notified, and a full refund will be issued within 14 days.


Liability & Disclaimer

The company is not liable for any damages (direct or indirect) resulting from use of or orders through the website, including loss of income or profit.

Color accuracy may vary between screens and actual products. Product photos are for illustration only and are not binding.

The company strives for accuracy but does not guarantee that all content is free of errors.

The company’s liability shall never exceed the value of the purchased product.

The company is not liable for loss or misuse of customer data unless caused by negligence.

Delays due to force majeure (strikes, weather, technical failures, etc.) are not the company’s responsibility.
